Democratic Order only believes in one type of government: Democracy. Thus any other method of government is incorrect and insecure and should be destroyed or change for the sake of people under such government.
After nuclear bombs has swept whole world, not only destroying life but also cleaning planet’s history book pages. Now it’s up to Democratic Order to fill book again and this time history will be properly regulated. Democratic Order idea is to rebuild the civilization under democracy and for such goal no life is important enough. Any opposite should be destroyed or converted, any meaning is acceptable. By using recourses which were left from Old World, Democratic order will try to expand it influence across the land and build new society.
We are the survivors of The Great Nuclear war. Our land was scourged by the great bombs that swept away the once great nations. The governments of the old world seek to restore their order to the world. These murderers once brought our race to the brink of destruction! We will not bow to them again, we will live free.
Our Rebel outposts are located in the deep desert away from Government Satellites and Trader radar sweeps. The majority of our supplied are salvaged from among the ruins of the former civilization. However salvaging has become dangerous as the race for resources have lead to disputes with powerful Trade lords. Wealthy and vicious, these criminals are no friends of the rebellion.

Thugs

A lot of people haven’t got
a chance to be in the vault to hide from the big booms. Big vaults were
made by the government to save people who have power and money. Others
were trying to build their own vaults but construction was not as professional
as were government vaults. When the nuclear warheads hit the earth and
hydro-electrical power plants blow - a lot of people were out of shelters.
A lot of people died of a blast wave and radiation. But some of them
lived. They were trying to get the supplies of food and water. But they
couldn’t grow much on the wasteland. A lot of rats still remained
to live; they even grow in numbers and size. People found themselves
a new kind of meat that they can put into hamburger. Shortage of water,
not much to eat, no medical assistance – that’s why people’s life
became shorter now. A lot of them mutated a little bit. Some have anomalies
on their skin. 
A lot of those people formed
gangs and lived by the gangsters’ rules. They were robbing everyone
they can find, even each other. And when they found out that there are
people in the shelters and vaults survivors found who they hate and
whom they going to blame. 
People who were left outside
were first to explore the world after the nuclear hits. Later those
people form themselves into gangs. Those gangs have their etiquette
and rules. Each gang have its name and respect among others. Each gang
pays money to the Leader among all gangs. And there are few people who
are official faces of the gang system (see Characters). 

The advantage of gangs is that
they hides nobody knows where and hit when caravans with oil or valuable
products are coming. Also they found a lot of supplies all over the
wasted land, they found weapons and machinery. Thugs invaded unprotected
ruins of Fort Knox and stall about all gold that they can find. 

Thugs run a black market and
sell a lot of weapons that you can’t find anywhere else. Democrats
and Rebels are forced to buy weaponry and machinery from gangsters.
Sometimes Democrats and Rebels found out that they buy equipment that
was stolen from them. And everyone knows if you have been robbed –
you can go to the black market and buy what was stolen from you. 

Thugs are like another power
group between Democrats and Rebels. 
Share everything with brothers,
take everything from others.

Habib Abdubaev – ex Terrorist of Al Kaida. His business is money, gangs payment, territories divided upon gangsters.
Pete Brooklyn – General for all gangsters. His duty is to allocate ambushes, make strategic plans.
George Herrinson – Official diplomat between gangsters and Democratic and Rebels officials.

2071	June		CFCF sends convoys to the eight directions of the world to look for survivors and bring them back to the “New Hope”. General Christopher Elanor declares new democratic government and first election is taking place.
2071	August		First election is finished and General Christopher Elanor now known as President Christopher Elanor and his first order is to send armed units to the Federal Vaults which did not respond to the Great migration orders and using brute force if, needed, bring them to the CFCF.
2072	January		President Christopher Elanor begins next stage of the “Reconstruction” program and using CFCF resources new factories and towns starting to develop around the “New Hope”. First armed units starting to reach Federal Vaults, only to find many of them abandoned.
2072	May		President Christopher Elanor proclaim new developing country as “Democratic Order”. Last emigrants have made it to CFCF. All armed units came back. Only 37 of 90 Federal Vaults had any survivors left and were brought back to CFCF.

2076	June		Democratic Order get information from one of their spies that Rebel located a warehouse with large amount of oil. President Christopher Elanor sends a full army squadron to acquire the oil and destroy any Rebels found.
2076	July		Three functions meet in a bloody battle around the abandoned warehouse full of precious oil resources. And so New War begins…
